Workers’ Compensation Lawyer

Irina Rubin

I emigrated from the former Soviet Union in 1983.

I was 19 years old. After learning English, I attended USC and graduated in the 90s. Then, I attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Since graduating law school, I have practiced workers’ compensation law and advocated exclusively on behalf of injured employees, never representing insurance companies in these matters.

My partner, Stephen Godwin, and I are committed to giving each case we accept our complete attention, without outsourcing any work to other attorneys. That means we don’t employ contract attorney to work on our cases, attend depositions and hearing. We handle our cases ourselves.

On a personal note, I have 3 kids and even 1 grandkid.
